On December 23, 2025，the Chinese Embassy in Cameroon hosted a Farewell and Welcome Reception for the outgoing 24th and incoming 25th Chinese Medical Teams. Ambassador Xu Yong attended the event, alongside Mr. Oumarou Chinmoun, Secretary General of the Ministry of External Relations, and Prof. Louis Richard Njock, Secretary General of the Ministry of Public Health. Also present were all members of the two medical teams and other representatives, totaling over 100 participants.
